I have been communicating with a potential guests for a few days now through the "text only" HomeAway platform. Thank goodness this possibility still exists because obviously these guests to be are the perfect example of ones who would never use "Instant Book"
What puzzles me is every time they send a message form their end, I receive notification from HomeAway by email but after going onto the dashboard and replying, I don't get an email from HomeAway of my reply as I used to.
I use the dashboard for all communication but always liked having a "backup copy" of everything in my own computer.
Is there a glitch going on or is this something HomeAway has done away with? (If so why?)
