    Not receiving any payment disbursement emails?

      I am on the new payment system and still have "check-in" payments. I have a guest who checked in on FRIDAY November 15th so I was looking for the payment disbursement email around 24 hours after check in as promised.  It never came and still has not been received.

       

      I checked the guest's booking and it now says (on 11/17/19) that the payment was disbursed on 11/16/2019 - are we not now getting any emails at all for payments or is this is glitch?
