    Why doesn't the owner dashboard give owners the option of either a subscription or Pay Per Booking?

      My subscription will expire soon.  The only option that I see in my dashboard is to renew the subscription.  I don't see anything about switching to Pay Per Booking.  This means that I have to telephone Customer Service to make the change.  Could a moderator please explain why the Pay Per Booking option is not included in the owner dashboard?
