    Did the ability to issue a guest a partial refund disappear?

      I recently went to issue a guest a partial refund and found that the drop down menu on the payment where this used to be a capability has disappeared.  The Help pages still say how it used to work.  Spent 40 minutes in chat with CS and was advised to refund the guest "outside the platform".  CS told me it was because the guest had already checked out and there are no refunds on completed reservations.  Two problems with that, first the guest had not yet checked out when I first tried to issue the partial refund.  Second, I just went to a future reservation and there is still no refund option.


      So has the capability been removed and the Help page just hasn't caught up yet?
