    Paid for a New Subscription, but VRBO Cant Get the Listing Live

      Heres the latest in quality IT and Customer Service. I loaded up a new listing last Thursday. Paid the $499 fee, and of course my CC was charged instantly. It is now 6 days late, and still no active listing. I've been calling CS daily, and they just keep saying they are sending to the proper department. Now today I get the following message from Customer Support.

      Any suggestions would be appreciated. Got I miss ERINN!!!

      This is a known issue that a small number of users are experiencing with the site, and it should be fixed in a future update. I have assigned your issue to one of our technical support agents who will notify you via email as soon as the issue has been resolved.
