    VRBO, Stop sending "I'm sorry. My property is not available." messages to my potential guests

      VRBO,

       

      When I respond to a prospective guest, stop telling MY prospective guest that,

      "I'm sorry. My property is not available."

       

      I received two potential guests for the same time period.  I responded to both, the second one that contacted me got my text with the above VRBO message as the headline stating that my property was unavailable.   Until money is paid, MY property is available to either guest, not the guest who contacted VRBO first!!!

       

      Something that I have learned in my business life is that the first one with money on the table gets the deal.
