good day dear Erinn
concerning the great news about the so called "premier partner" i have the foll comments
since the 7th of may 2018 and until this moment homeaway delivered to me ONLY 5 enquiries
i succeded to turned the 3 in bookings
i preaproved the 4th but traveller never book
ant the 5th it was just a question about the nearest airport
is it possible for the designer-inventor of the ..premier partner to advise me how its possible to meet his criteria ??
thank you Erinn
perhaps i didnt clarify my question
let me try again
i am already premier partner waiting for the Q4 2018 evaluation.
i have 8 reviews (target is 3)
i have review average 5 (target is 4.5)
i have cancellation rate 0% (target is 10% )
i have acceptance rate 67% (target is 85%) and
i have 3 bookings (target is 5)
if homeaway sent me only 5 enquiries (in 7 months) how is possible to have 5 bookings ?? and high acceptance rate
when the one was only a question abt airport distance and the second it was preapproved but the traveller never booked??
something is wrong with yr methods qualifying owners.
unless 5 enquiries its ok for you to evaluate
thank y for the clarification
So I have one large property that only is available for the summer months and has not qualified for Premier Partner, I guess for that reason?
Another question, for that property since there are no bookings for the off season, in order to update the calendar, I will need to delete the off season block and reblock it to update the calendar?
These new Premier Partner requirements must be a joke, right? It's extremely disturbing that we worked our tails off this past year since the ranking metrics were introduced in order to satisfy the old requirements, which we finally just did. And now the requirements are so easy that you almost have to try NOT to meet them. There will be almost no differentiation between Premier Partner and the rest now, so why even have it anymore?
franklinvillagerental - They said at the Summit that they would evaluate the number of properties that qualify, and raise the bar if they have too many Premier Partners. "As your competition works harder and makes Premier Partner, we'll continually raise the bar".
