    Yapstone holding my money and can't figure out why.

      I have two bookings, one for only about $300 and another for almost $5,000.  They are paid and Yapstone has not deposited my money. It's been about three weeks.  When I call VRBO they say that they can't help and I have to deal with Yapstone.  When I call Yapstone they just say that they will submit a case and somebody will get back to me in 2-3 days.  2-3 days comes and goes and nobody gets back to me, then I call again and we go through the same song and dance all over again which takes about 30-45 minutes on the phone and they say somebody will get back to me in 2-3 days. 

       

      I've recently tried asking for a manager or supervisor but they are never available and I just end up talking to whichever confused person answers the phone and not accomplishing anything. 

       

      Anyone have this issue before and how did you fix it?  Anyone have a trick for getting Yapstone to respond?
