I'm currently working through an issue and received an email within a day with resolution. The team member recognized an issue immediately escalated to the tech team and proceeded to handle the situation with no additional prompting. Note to self I did make contact during Austin business hours.
It's good to hear others expressing positive experiences.

No no no. We dont give compliments when we try again, or hang up. We aim for a positive experience each and every time.
"If I get one that is ill informed, or a bit forceful, then I thank them, and try again with a new person.
If I get one from an over seas call center, I hang up and try later that day."

We are all doing the best we can, and I find, for me that if something does not work, I find another way to try.I guess, I am so busy, that I really don't have the energy or time to very often get angry.
I really do fell I have had a really really over all positive experience.

I gave my listing #, mentioned that I am a PP, and asked to take a look and let me know what can I do to get more bookings as I already have prof. photos, super short response time, no declines. So CS reiterated my question and disconnected the chat.

floridarob Nov 18, 2018 2:41 AM (in response to u0999)Chat is, with almost all companies, completely useless as a medium. The CS rep will be dealing with you and twelve other people at the same time. And they will only reply with stock phrases and canned responses which don't apply, because they aren't allowed enough time to focus on each individual customer who contacts them through the chat system.
CS reps have no ability to assist you with the question you were asking in any event.
