Property of the Week

The USA is such a unique country, almost every conceivable type of environment is represented. One of the least appreciated is the desert. I find the desert to be peaceful, beautiful and always full of surprises. This week I chose a property in Tucson, Arizona because it is one of my favorite desert towns, full of beauty and history - Take a look at this beautiful bonita: #239253.

What attracted me to this property:

This house is so charming! The décor, the traditional southwest design elements, like the flagstone floors and bright colors; it’s a total package when it comes to a southwestern style home.

I also really like the outdoor space at this home. I want to sit on this flagstone patio and eat breakfast and just relax with a glass of iced tea and my favorite book.

What I love about this listing:

The pictures are fun and inviting and they do a fantastic job highlighting all the features. I love that the price is reasonable and is the same year-round - no complicated or confusing pricing here! The reviews are delightful were fun to read and I like that the owner has responded to many of them. Finally, I really appreciate that the owner responds 100% of the time, and within 12 hours!

What could be improved:

The description could be more robust. Here are some ideas for more content:  When was the house built? What style is the house designed in? What makes this house unique? What is there to do on campus? Those sorts of details would make the description and the home more enticing.

This home is an oasis in the desert!
