    vrbo email saying refunding damage deposit for guest who never stayed or paid

      Received the usual VRBO damage deposit refund email this morning however it was for someone who never stayed with me. A booking inquiry from last year that didn't work out and I had moved the dates to Jan 5-12, 2020 so that the request would expire (and the guest went on to book another property in my complex that was a better fit). In my dashboard he shows as an expired guest and that no money was paid by the guest or received by me or VRBO.


      Guess I am the latest victim to VRBO bugs/glitches. Given that VRBO doesn't actually pay us the damage deposit anymore I guess I don't need to worry about them taking money out of my account right?
