    Pre-approved by mistake, guest booked elsewhere

      I've seen some kinds of answers to this question, but not the answer I need.


      Twice this week I was answering a booking inquiry on my phone. They went out as pre-approved. The first was cancelled when I got an IB ten minutes later.


      Yesterday I responded to a Thanksgiving inquiry. Using the phone app. It also went out as pre-approved. I have since spoken with the potential guest and they are booking closer to where they want to be. How do I remove the pre-approval from their inquiry so they don't get bombarded?


      I was going to call CS, but the banner on the page said they are real busy with some web problems.
