They don't seem to know the difference between a subtotal and a total as well!
Do they just operate at such a fast and furious pace that nothing gets beta tested?
Lots of companies these days seen to operate on a "feed the revenue" side of the biz, but "starve the non-revenue" sections.....to their detriment long term.
