Seattle’s application process begins today. Apply and enter your license number by May 1st, to avoid being deactivated.

      Dear Erinn,

We recently notified you that the City of Seattle requires partners who operate short-term rentals (STR) and B&Bs to apply for an operator’s license. The city’s website is now available for you to apply for a license. You must have your license number and add it to your listing by May 1, 2019, to avoid being deactivated.

CLICK HERE > to register via Seattle’s website.

Once you have your approved license number, follow these steps in your dashboard to add it to your listing.

      1. CLICK HERE > to access your property editor.
      2. Below the description field, click on “visit registration page.”
      3. Complete the required steps.

You may also check the city’s website to see if your STR qualifies for grandfathering and how to obtain that status.

      Thank you,

      The HomeAway Team
