    Unable to to submit your payment - error message - losing bookings

      We are new to VRBO and recently changed our settings to include the option for the Property Damage Protection. Ever since then we are unable to take bookings. We have had 3 requests and each guest has received the same message when inputting their credit card details.


      "We're sorry, we are unable to submit your payment. Please check your payment information and try again."


      The guests have tried multiple cards and checked with their banks who say the charge has not reached them.


      We have reported the issue to VRBO three times now and their staff have been unable to resolve it. Any ideas on how to solve it or escalate the problem? We are losing critical bookings as a result and are not impressed with VRBO customer service at all.
