PP is based entirely on what you book through the VRBO platform and the reviews you get from those bookings... not anything to do with other marketing you might do.
22% of my booking revenue this year came from outside VRBO.
35% for next year (so far).
I will definitely keep my PP status with those numbers. Enough bookings to qualify and more than enough to generate the required number of reviews (since not every booking turns into a review).
