    What really happens with inquiries that are marked SPAM??

      There have been a few owners that state that they mark guest Inquiries that don’t fit their property as spam so that their metrics are not impacted and because the guest is wasting the owners time by even inquiring. Does anyone know what really happens to those guests? Does that inquiry go to a department (like our credit card fraud departments)? Are those guests able to rebook another property without delay? Are those guests just banned permanently because of the Spam button being pushed. What happens???


      Can someone enlighten us???
