    Cost of early payout program: The early payout program will launch with no additional cost. The payment processing fee is a flat 3% with no surcharges or chargeback fees.

    Eligibility and timing for early payout: This varies for each partner. Within the latest email you received, there is important information about your eligibility and the expected timing of your invitation into the early payment program.

    If your latest email from us included the text below, your account is not eligible for the early payout program at this time. You can opt in to Yapstone’s fee-based program or move to Vrbo’s payment platform without early payout.

    • We have reviewed your account for early payout eligibility, and at this time it does not qualify for the program.


    If your latest email from us included the text below, we expect you to qualify for the early payout program and should expect an invitation to join within 90 days.

    • Your account is currently eligible for our early payout program, and we expect to invite you into the program within 90 days from today.


    If your latest email from us included the text below, we expect you to qualify for the early payout program and should expect an invitation to join within 45 days.

    • Our early payout program is in testing with thousands of owners and property managers. Eligible partners should expect an invite within 45 days. Start your upgrade now to be considered for the program.

    We’ll continue to reevaluate eligibility based on factors such as the number of bookings and cancellations.


    Given Yapstone’s announcement, we are encouraging partners to move to our payment platform. By accepting Vrbo’s new payment terms, you’re putting yourself in line for the Vrbo payment platform and will be migrated within the time estimated in your email.
