If a traveler contacts you asking to cancel their reservation, make sure they request to cancel through their traveler account. You can provide them with the below instructions:
- Log into your traveler account
- Click “My Trips”
- Select the reservation that needs to be canceled
- Click “Request Cancellation”
- You will receive an email once the traveler submits their cancellation request. Log into your dashboard and cancel the reservation. IMPORTANT: be sure you are selecting “Traveler initiated cancellation” from the drop-down menu.
