I have recently listed my property on vrbo.  I made a youtube video and posted the link on our listing and it has been “approved”.

However, when anyone clicks onto the “video” tab on the listing, the youtube video does not display (just a black box with the red play arrow – clicking the red arrow does not help).

I have contacted vrbo support via their support link but it does not get fixed and I just get an automated response survey asking me to survey my support experience!?

I have used their Phone contact and I get a call right away but the support person doesn’t have any idea how to fix it – just says “I think they may have been having some problems with some videos” – not much help.

Maybe someone else has some ideas to help?
