Are you using the HomeAway iPhone app? We recently upgraded the app for owners to have the ability to view inquiries and calendars, respond to inquiries, and send price quotes.

To add a price quote to an inquiry response using the HomeAway Mobile app:

• Click Account at the bottom and log in.
• Click Inquiries at the bottom.
• Click on an inquiry to view.
• Select Available or Reply at the bottom. If you select Available, a template will populate for you. If you select Reply, you can enter your own response.
• Click Add Quote on the right.
• Select All Nights or Nightly, then enter your rates in the Amount box.
• You can optionally enter fees, sales and lodging tax, a Property Damage Protection plan, or a refundable damage deposit.
• Click Save at the top when your quote is complete.
• Review your reply and quote, then click Send.
