Did you contact Craig's list and have them take the ad down?

If I were you, I'd be nervous about a phisher.  Check the dashboard and make sure you've been getting all your inquiries and that your email hasn't been hacked.  I can just imagine a bold phisher calling you if he gets questions about your house from a potential renter.
