Does anyone have a contract for their housekeeping staff that they can share?  Are there specific tips you have for making this relationship successful?  I had a nice informal/verbal agreement with my last housekeeper, but she has to leave me.  I wanted to make a more formal agreement with the next housekeeper, and I'm looking for ideas.
