Thanks just downloaded and had the florida disclosure forms.
what Florida disclosure forms? I had an attorney draw up my short-term rental agreement and there's no specific Florida forms. Please advise.
The leases at this site (are you the owner of the site?) may not be suitable for vacation rental property leases. Some states, my own included, have language that must be included on a vacation lease that is not included on these templates.
There are state, county, and city and town regulations that may need to be cited in a lease.
Owners should check with local and state offices (I modeled my lease on a template provided by the state many years ago) and with an attorney, if they have particular questions about constructing a lease.
It is advisable to have a lease that meets all conditions required by your locality and/or state.
Looks like he may be the owner. Although I use a similar site to his at eleaseagreement.com where they have all the disclosures free and I think the Ambassador is right,. the disclosures are only for 12 month rentals.
It's just my opinion, but the posts by eleaseagreement seem mighty spammy to me. Their site doesn't even have any vacation rental templates, and the templates they do have are not free.
Hi eleaseagreement & rentalease,
Did you know that you may upload an advertisement, at no cost, for your businesses here on the Community Forum? Instead of injecting a link into discussions here, it will actually serve you better if you just go to the top of this page, open the drop-down box for "Resources:" and choose "Vendor Showroom". That's where you may advertise, freely, for your rental lease offers [rentalleaseagreement.com and eleaseagreement.com].....and the best news is that your ad will remain there, indefinitely...for people to find. It will not "disappear" as it will here in the "owner discussion section" as new posts are entered here (yours will be pushed down disappear from view). So, check out the "Vendor Showroom" and upload your ads there ...you can include links to your websites.
Nope, just new... not spam.
eleaseagreement, see my earlier post to you (above). You really should upload the information in the Vendor Showsroom where it will remain idefinitely for all to find, whenever they look for this type of product. It's the best place for you to post your product info...whether you are selling it, or whether you are recommending it. The owner discussion area is not the place for advertising, please...and as you only contribute "links" to a website, that's considered more as "marketing / promotion" here, and not contributing to discussion.
