I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble updating your calendar. I checked your account and your calendar appears to be functioning properly. If you’re still having issues, please contact our Customer Support, they’ll need more information to help troubleshoot.
The calendar that I update on VRBO.com has been slow for months now. I have complained about it via the feedback section but I get the reply that it is "working fine". Someone said robots are responding to emails and I am starting to believe it. The workaround is to give the calendar a command and just waaaiiitttt patiently for it to catch up. If it doesn't catch up then hit the stop button on the browser and start all over again. It takes a while but you have to get the booked dates in there for your customers. Also wait until you have 2 or more bookings so you can do them at once
When I click on a check in date, for example, I clicked Nov 2, 2012, the calendar froze up, then I refreshed the calendar and started over again. The third time I refreshed I was able to select the date. Then the same thing happened when I selected the end date of Nov 7.
I'm not experiencing the same issue on Mozilla Firefox 16.0.1. Have you updated your browser recently to see if that resolves the issue? Learn about which browsers we support here.
