Just wanted to share an interesting take from my  RE attorney about VRBO's Solicitation of Reviews ( independent or without Owners consent)..

Pull out your VRBO User Agreement and read #1.  Paragraph 1.  CLOSELY.

Note - VRBO states they are not a Party to any rental transaction.  If you read further it states that Guest Book, etc. are soley the responsibility of the User ( renter).

There is quite a bit of verbage that would appear to allow VRBO to solicit reveiws, however, according to my atty, it does not. (See #23)
