newbie (Disabled)

I am new to renting my home.  I have someone who paid their deposit but is two weeks late on the second payment.  I have emailed, left messages on cell and home.  She called last week and said she was mailing it last Friday.  No check.  Any suggestions? I just emailed and messaged again as to if she was still interested.
