It looks to me like Credit Card Machine by Paynet Systems might be the best deal. They charge $10 a month for a home based business and 2.1% fee for each manually entered transaction lower than Square. You can enter manually either on your phone or computer for a home based business. Since we don't normally have the credit cards in hand, we would qualify as a home based business. Although the rate is low, the monthly fee could make them more expensive for some of us.
They are getting setup for eCheck sometime in the future. And, they say they put the money into your linked account within 48 hours which is faster than HA.
You can charge a $.50 to verify credit cards if only using for damage control and you can send invoices. Not sure yet about leases though.
They say they encript the CC info and Square does not.
