Thanks for creating this group! Although I do not own a rental property in NYC, I do own one in St. Joseph, MI which also passed an ordinance banning short term rentals under a month. This has really affected my business and I really focus on the weekly rentals during the high season summer months. I rarely find request for rentals looking for a month. I was wondering what feedback you have received from other members. Thanks
