    Hi Beth/All,

     

    My pleasure anything we can do to help! I have two properties in Atlantic City that faired quite well through Sandy. The “Lucky Beach House” (Listing number = 138943) and the “Top End Townhomes” (Listing number = 169015).

     

    The only damage we have is landscaping at both properties and some drywall damage in the garages at the Top End Townhomes.  Offering the properties at a discounted rate of $175 per night when the normal rate is $300. Please see links below for details about both properties!

      Two-family Ocean Grove home available immediately!

       

      There are two separate units - a one-bedroom, one full bath apartment (sleeps 4) and a three-4 bedroom 2 full bath (sleeps 8) house. Both units can be combined by simply opening a door! All linens, towels and basic soaps provided.

        Located 90 min. NW of Phila. near Ephrata, PA.- between Lancaster & Reading

        Our VRBO #'s are 185836 and 224690. We can offer a 50% discount to people displaced by "Sandy" either as B&B guests our as a house rental, with up to 5 BR, +3 1/2 baths.Please respond through VRBO.

        Must supply proof of residence, & displacement. Security deposit, linen and cleaning fees extra/negotiable.

      Hello there!  We would be more than happy to help out "Sandy" victims in this time of need.  Our property, located in Wildwood Crest, NJ is a 4 bedroom 2 full bath condo with in unit Laundryand 2 car covered parking.  Would prefer longer term rental(s) but would be willing to do weekly rentals at a discounted rate of $1050.00/wk or $3500.00/month.  Nominal cleaning fee additional.     We would like to offer our 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom house in lovely Townsends Inlet (southern end of Sea Isle City), for families displaced by Superstorm Sandy, at a 25% discount. Our hearts go out to you, and hope this will help while you get your life back together.

     

    The kitchen includes pots and pans, utensils.  new range, coffeemaker, microwave, and newish dw. The house includes WiFi, cable and many child -friendly amenities. A Graco Pack 'N" Play, baby gate, toys, puzzles, books and bentwood rocker are just a few childrens' items provided.

    I have the 2nd floor of our duplex home on 37th Street in Brigantine, NJ.  We were so fortunate to have our home largely unaffected by Sandy, only a couple of bushes knocked over.

     

    The first floor is already rented for the winter to a very kind couple.

    Hello,  I have a single family home available in North Wildwood for a family in need of a place to stay due to Hurricane Sandy.  The house is available through Memorial Day and I will offer a discounted rent.  The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, plus an additional office space with sleeper sofa.  Wireless, cable TV, comfortable, fully furnished home including all linens, towels, fully stocked kitchen.

    My large Ocean Grove home will  be available starting Nov. 19 through Dec. 26.  Eight bedrooms, 10 beds, sleeps 14-16.  Fully furnished, including all linens and towels.   Washer/dryer.   25% discount from low off-season rates for any stay over three weeks.

    Ocean Grove is just south of Asbury Park.  While the boardwalk businesses and restaurants are out  of commission from the storm, the down town areas are open and eager for business.

    Jersey City, NJ rental

     

    We sleep up to 6 people and all you have to do it show up. All linens and dishes are provided. There's also a dishwasher & washer/dryer. It's comfy, clean & cozy and we're offering a discount to those affected by Sandy.
