Tahoe Owners - Is your Property Winter Ready?  Call Us

Winter is soon approaching and now is the time to get your Tahoe Vacation Rental ready for winter. You want to make sure that your guests are safe, warm and cozy, that they have an enjoyable experience and that they will continue to come back, season after season. You wouldn’t want to have to make unexpected repairs in the middle of your high season, with a possible loss of revenue and an unhappy customer.

The extreme seasonal changes in the Sierras can create extra wear and tear on homes and buildings. Therefore, it's important to keep on top of maintenance of your rental property. Roof repairs and winterizing are obvious necessities, as is heating and fireplace maintenance. But, there are many other special upkeep issues involved with a snow property. You may not have considered other concerns such as plumbing repairs, electrical wiring problems, repainting, deck repairs, concrete preservation, water damage, window replacement, landscape protection, tree trimming, roof snow removal and snow-blowing.

Do you have a Tahoe property that needs repairs? Please give us a call and we’ll be happy to take a look at your job and give you an estimate and start work as soon as possible. Brad Alpers has been a licensed contractor (CA License #467644) for over 28 years and works throughout the Central and Northern California areas. He has an excellent reputation and a long list of references. His son, Bret Alpers, has worked with his dad for many years and is a, "Jack of all trades."  Bret lives in the Tahoe area and can come to your property immediately to assess your situation, report back to Brad and set up a crew right away to help you get ready for the upcoming season.
