Property management contract?

Recently someone asked that I manage their vacation rental (I currently manage my own vacation rentals and do long term property management for others. I have never managed another persons vacation rental and need a sample contract to get started. Does anyone have one they could share with me? Thank you. Debbie - melodylg@colorado.net

Hi Debbie,

You may want to check with the VRMA, the Vacation Rental Managers Association. They are the largest association of professional vacation rental managers, and they may have sample contracts.
