Why all the owners website issues in the past month?

It seems as though it has been one problem after the next on the HA website, most of the problems being in the owners section. I still love being on HA but it seems in the past month that the issues are starting to snowball.
For the past two weeks in the owners area where current guest and number of inquiries are dsiplayed many of the four fields would reflect "error", and then today clicking on a reservation would display a 505 error and a bunch of code, now you can not get in at all.
I have just passed my first year with HA and VRBO and did renew but wonder about all the prior screens that talked about "Upgrading our Sand Castle" in the middle of the day?
I just also tried to log on to my account on VRBO and got a temporarily down for maintentance and it also says we are Upgrading our Sand Castle. LOL What I found even more interesting it says. " in the meantime you can visit one of our other vacation web sites to find your perfect getaway" No. I am trying to login into my account. Obviously it cannot differentiate between an owner and a traveler.

What does +2 mean?
I was also wondering what +2 means....and I noticed that you've also responded with +1 on another post. Is it a known 'texting' shorthand? Please help to clarify for some of us.
+1 = me too
+2 = me three
... and so on.
Answering that question made me forget why I came on this page.
+3 I've never seen sections of a website down this many time in the short period I've been with HA
Can get into the "Owners page" but back to issues this morning when going into a reservation get this error
It is 6:23 EST in the evening and the owners section is still down; wonder if people are able to place an inquiry "maybe I will test this"
Well the test inquiry worked but when attempting to go into the owners area to reply got the famous "Sand Castle" message
Here I am again on the 8th at 5:58 and can not get into the owners area. What is going on with this website!
Well it is the 18th "10 days later" and back to the "Sand Castle" message. Wonder if they could keep the system running for 30 days without this message
I am sure they have their hands full.
