I am a new to VRBO and have been waiting almost 2 weeks for resolution from Customer/Tech Support at VRBO. I suggested they move me to a different server or cancel my listing and start over but Customer Support, while being very couteous, just keeps telling me that their "tech guys are working on it". The summer season is going to be over by the time I get my listing out there. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks all.
I received that same error last week. I had used a bookmark to get to my dashboard. I closed Internet Explorer. Reopened it and went to the Homeaway web site through IE. I was able to log in then and had no problem getting to my dashboard. No idea why that worked, but it did.
Customer Support helped me out. I had to "add additional properties" and go thru the process for a second time. CS said they may have had a problem on their side or I didn't complete the original process correctly. Either way, I am in business !
