In Florida, Does anyone have insurance that will cover loss of guests items.

In the case of fire or theft, I just learned that tenants items in a short term rental are not covered- and I have been renting for 4 years!

My insurance carrier said she never thought of it herself. While I am pushing purchasing travelors insurance now, has anyone found an agency that will cover this?
