Previously when I selected the "reservations" button, my reservations appeared in chronological order, from upcoming to future. I printed this list off
for my housekeeper. Now when I select reservations, I see them listed from future to recent. I can't imagine who would want a list in this order. At least allow us to select the order, instead of arbitrarily changing it. Very disappointing.
When you view your reservations, you should see a current or upcoming reservation followed by future reservations. You can manipulate which reservations you see using the options at the top. I'm not sure how you viewed the reservations in reverse. If you continue having this problem, please contact our Customer Support. They'll need more information to troubleshoot the issue.
