Hello all!
Have a rental property in Florida. Can renters from Canada use the "Echeck" option to make a payment? Couldn't find any documentation on here about it.
I know I can send personal checks to Canada (drawn on American Banks) and they can simply be deposited into Canadian banks. So just curious if potential renters from Canada "have" to use a Credit Card?
Thanks to anyone who can help.
Patrick
did anyone ever reply to you? I remember being on a call where they said they could, and there was a workaround as their routing number has a different number of digits, but i cannot find that info and i have send a few emails with no success in hearing an answer.
I would also be interested in the answer to this. We have quite a few guests from Canada are always looking for options to make it easier\cheaper for them to pay.

Hello all,
eChecks are US only.
Thanks,
Beth
Thank you Beth. Are there any plans to expand this in the future?

The Canadian home owners are spending the same amount of $ to be on VRBO Should we not get the same benefits? I find the payment end with our renters extremely frustrating. I am taking their payments right now on our personal family business Charge card Processing company. I am not getting the full benefits of VRBO. Is there going to be a solution in the very near future?
