Understanding that you charge owners for their listings and perhaps allowing travelers to post their needs is expensive, it is a important service (we are the consumers, afterall).

We have decided, after using this site as you suggested that it is entirely too time consuming and we have found our last 3 temporary rentals on Craigslist, with good results. You can see, that going through hundreds of listings to find out if seniors are welcome (for example) or if there are stairs (for example) is too much. You may think your criteria is good enough but not for us and we travel full time.

If you could find an affordable way to allow travelers to communicate their needs by posting requests for location and dates, you could enhance your property owners businesses.

Instead of saying "we're not travel agents" as an inhospitable remark (given you are in the hospitality business), you should be working for both buyer and seller; it would make you earn the expensive fees you charge.
