Is there a homeowner phone number on the ad? If so, call them right away and confirm that they are aware of your booking. If there is no phone number on the ad, you should call customer service at Homeaway or VRBO or whatever ad service you used and explain the problem . Do this today -- don't delay.
There are some evil scammers who intercept emails and then make rental arrangements with unsuspecting travelers. I hope yours is not such a case, but you must follow up right away.

actually there is no phone number on the ad for this property , so i call thr customer support and they are very cooperative , they sent an e-mail to them ask them to reply to my e-mails in 24-48 hours the they CC to me .
but until now no reponse from the Agency !!
Have you heard anything yet? Homeaway will usually shut down their ad if they do something like this, so if they haven't called you or emailed by the deadline, let Homeaway know and at least others can be spared your trouble.

And I am searching now for other property in Austria , and I will go to British counsel to file a complaint against him , specially that I made the money transfer to accompany bank account .
And I hope to find any one from Austria who can reach the address of the property to be sure is my reservation is true or it's a fake property .
