gathering email addresses...

Is there an easy way to pull all of my inquiry email addresses out of the property manager and add them to an email address book?

Great question!

I do keep seperate address book groups: Great renters I want back, inquiries that I've verified, but was unable to accomodate , etc. I do it as I go along, so I can send out a simple newsletter type email.

    Hi Mudstump,
    
    You can manually enter your reservations into ReservationManager (instructions here), but not inquiries (as those are automatically created via the HomeAway inquiry system). If you manually enter a reservation, you can mark it "tentative" so it doesn't block the calendar until you confirm the booking.

Not that I have found. I had to manually go in and copy / paste each one!

  I can't seem to find a place that will allow me to even enter an inquiry. I wanted to keep my phone call inquiries with all of the others.
