Has anyone else had a problem with the software upgrade that occurred this past weekend? It was my renewal weekend and my credit card was charged twice for the service yet no one can access my listing. Anyone who has renewed since Sunday should check their credit card to be sure they were not double billed, and logon to verify that their listing is still active. I have been told it may take up to 2 weeks to straighten this out. In the mean time I have three inquirers that think my listing is no longer
available. What a mess!
I had the same problem & posted a comment on this forum.
Try posting a NEW post " Unable to renew my listing" and see if you get a call from customer service. I had it resolved in less than 2 hours. Amazing how fast they respond when they want OUR money!
