Having trouble trying to renew my VRBO lsiting

My listing expires in 13 days. I tried to renew on line this morning--- no luck. Called HA Customer Assistance. On hold for 15 minutes, then directed to leave a message and they will call me back.
This is crazy! We're not talking about some little $50 amount of money. I'm not happy.

We made some changes to the VRBO platform on Sunday, and I expect that your renewal issue is likely related to this. If you can tell me the listing number that you want to renew, (you can private message me or paste it into this thread) and I'll make sure it gets resolved.

I am going to renew my listing tomorrow. While considering the issues recently going on may I ask is it easier or more sure to go through if done via telephone call or by electronic renewal? I surely do not want my listing to lapse like others. Thank you,

Hi Shannon....like 'crescentbeach4u/Doug', I too have a renewal coming up in a few days.....and I am VERY concerned that my listing "disappears". Please, can we be assured that this will not happen? Shall I {we} phone to do the renewal, instead of using the online link?

I too, had a renewal this week. I've been concerned for a while that it would disappear so I put off renewing it till the very last moment. Every thing is fine with no glitches. It renewed perfectly!

I have to renew my HA this week also. (renewed vrbo earlier this week) I hope it also goes through! Fingers crossed!
On September 9th, my auto-renew occured, but my listing showed as expired. Problem still happening and can't seem to get anyone to resolve it. I did get a call, but from a sales guy asking why I didn't renew my listing. STUPID!
