In my judgement, unsupported public testimony by pm's about how much tax is being lost by dishonest property owners is unethical.  Iftheir organization has a code of ethics, these pms deserve a public reprimand and perhaps expulsion from their governing body. 

We need to actively and publicly identify the unethical behavior of those that have pursued ther selfish vested intersts without regard to the economic impact on the Hawaiian economy, jobs of local people, the US constitution and NAFTA.

Not quite sure how it passes with no votes at all in the house:

Am I to understand that the new law has been passed? So where can one find the final text of the new law?

Please do not trust ANYTHING Baker says.  If it came out of her mouth then it is either a lie or corrupt.  Always check with someone else.  From experience...

I doubt that they are going to tell anybody... by not telling folks, then more people will be out of compliance, and they'll have ammunition next year to use against us when they try to force PM's on us.
