RM restricts me to two email templates, one for available and one for not available. I don't like what they are sending for 1st and 2nd payment requests and payment reminders and want a template for those contacts.
Also, I would like to change payment reminder timing to 7 days. 3 days to make the first payment is too short, even if it is required to book the reservation. The reminder does not remind the guest of the booking confirmation, only that payment has not been made.
I believe that you can change any of the dates right on their website. The templates also have a "blank" one that you can write your own note, but other templates that would save your information would be wonderful. ![]()

I agree it would be nice if ReservationManager supported more template choices and had more Dynamic Fields (e.g. GUEST_NAME). I think its a great start though and will get there over time. Keep in mind its only been around for about a year I think. It seems like a lot of the recent focus has been on the payment processing side, but I would expect the inquiry side will become more robust in future releases.
