Hi everyone,
Maybe someone already wrote about this, but I couldn't find any info. Is there a way to send attachments to prospective clients via reservation manager before sending the rental agreement? i.e. during the inquiry phase? Or can one only send attachments when sending the rental agreement during the booking process? I tried sending an attachment just now and couldn't figure out how to do it (I'm not ready to send the rental contract yet, but want to send another document) and ended up resorting to my personal email account in order to send the attachment, which I would rather not do.

Hi M,
That’s a great question. At the moment, you can only attach PDF documents when sending a payment request. You may be interested in joining the ReservationManager group so you can connect with the product line team and provide them with your feedback and suggestions.
I’ll also forward your suggestion on to the appropriate team.
