another goofy inquiry

LOL! Yep, it's prom season... got this this morning:

"Hello: I was wondering if you did one night rentals? We would arrive midnight (May 5th) and leave that same day at 3pm. Since you have a minimum stay requirement, would it be possible to pay an additional fee just to stay one night."

I'm nice, and referred them to the big property management company on the Island. ;-)
