Aloha,  There is a growing organized group of non-resident Hawaii property owners that need your help!     The RBOAA.org has done much to stave off this legislation... Many long hours and personal sacrifice to make trips to Hawaii to participate in the legislative process.   But they need your help!   There is still much to be done!   Currently, there are committees being formed to tackle each aspect of this process.   My assignment has been to contact as many non-resident owners as I can and send press releases to each one.   I need your help!   Anyone interested in helping this cause, please contact me personally.  This legislation NEEDS to be stopped or it could devastate the property values, many have said they will need to walk away from their property, will hurt Hawaii tourism and not really solve the tax issue it is intended to resolve.   If you are willing to help this important cause, please email me directly at konacondo@att.net.
