    Hi Shannon-
    I registered for this webinar but when the time came I could not find any
    link or access to it. I called Homeaway as I did not see any direct phone
    info for "Community" and no one could help or figure it out. It was a very
    frustrating 45 minutes. Can you please tell me for future webinars what the
    protocol is...

      Hi Berkshire.Annie,
      
      Normally, when you register for the webinars, you receive an email with the
      link to access it via your computer, as well as a phone number for the
      audio bridge. We do record each one, so you can always listen and watch
      them later. This one will be available on this page early next week:
