Yes. I build the additonal cost into the rental rate. It's in your best interest to offer this service because it gives you (or your cleaner) access to the property to ensure all is well and also ensures any 'dirt' isn't left so long that it stains or becomes impossible to clean. Once a week is ideal, but once every other week is ample.
