It is that time of year for us in British Columbia to promote to fill in the winter and early spring calendar.  I have run a couple of different promotions over the years:

Book 2 nights get the 3rd night free - it was very successful but I think I lost money on that deal. I might limit the offer to the first 5 guests that book. That could start the ball rolling.

Confirm your reservation by January 30 and receive a $30 dinner gift certificate.  It was quite successful.

What kind of promotions are you doing that work?
